Naomi is second-year Media Studies student at the University of Guelph-Humber who plans on using her skill and passion for the written word to encourage youth to respond to current world issues. As a budding journalist, she has had work published with news media organizations such as The Toronto Star and The Catholic Register to date.
Naomi believes that writers have an opportunity to represent the voices of those who are usually left unheard. She joined ACCESS in 2011 in hopes of spreading awareness and providing solutions to global and social issues through the Speak Up for Change blog.
